Welcome to Zura Vision. These Terms of Service apply to all quotations, invoices, projects, retainers, services and website use relating to Zura Vision.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, paying an invoice or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Work
Zura Vision provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to, graphic design, website design and development, social media management, paid advertising, video editing, hosting, domains and email services.
All services are subject to the scope, deliverables, pricing and included services stated in the relevant quotation or written agreement.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work continues.
2. Creative Direction
Clients are encouraged to provide branding guidelines, inspiration, reference material, examples and preferred styles before work begins.
Where no direction is provided, Zura Vision will use its professional judgement, creative expertise and industry best practices to complete the work in line with the project objectives.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all required content, business information, logos, branding assets, images, footage, account access, approvals and feedback within reasonable timeframes.
Logos and branding assets should be supplied in high-quality formats where possible, such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF.
Where suitable assets are unavailable, recreation or redesign may be quoted separately.
Delays in providing content, access, feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.
4. Concepts, Revisions & Additional Work
The number of design concepts, revision rounds or deliverables included will be specified in the relevant quotation.
Reasonable revisions are included where applicable.
Additional concepts, major changes, redesigns, urgent requests, extra content, additional pages, new functionality or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Changes requested after final approval may be treated as new work.

The remaining balance is payable before final files, final artwork, completed videos, websites, launches or handovers are released.
Monthly management services are payable one month in advance.
Hosting, domain and email renewal invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid service interruption.
Zura Vision reserves the right to pause work, withhold deliverables, delay launch, suspend services or not renew services where invoices remain unpaid.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
Only final approved files will be supplied unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
